By using Deck Settle you agree to these terms. The app is published by Sysna Corp Solutions. It is a scorebook for casual games among people you already know. It is not a gambling service, payment processor, or bank.

The app

You type scores, buy-ins, and names. You are responsible for the accuracy of that record and for any cash that actually changes hands outside the app. We are not a party to those games and do not hold funds.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to run an illegal betting operation, to collect data on people who have not agreed to be listed, or to share codes publicly when they contain other people's names or scores.

Sharing and hand off

Anyone with a game, phone, or player code can read that snapshot. If you hand off a game to another player, they can update and complete it on their phone; the results return to the host phone.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. Data on your phone can be lost if the phone is reset or the app is removed. Alerts depend on Apple's push service and are not guaranteed to arrive.
