Deck Settle (“the app”) is a scorebook for friend-group Poker, Rummy, and Spades, published by Sysna Corp Solutions. This policy explains what the app stores and when anything leaves your phone. Contact: support@sysnacorpsolutions.com.
No accounts
The app does not create a user account, does not use Sign in with Apple or Google, and does not show ads or sell data.
What stays on your phone
Games, scores, buy-ins, notes, the host name, player names, optional phone numbers, and settings are stored in the app's storage on your phone. Removing the app deletes that copy.
Contacts
If you allow Contacts, the app reads names and phone numbers on your phone so you can add a player without retyping them. Your address book is never uploaded. Phone numbers stay on your phone. You can deny Contacts and type names yourself.
Score snapshots
When you save a game, the app uploads a snapshot of your games to a hosted database (Supabase) under your phone code, each game's code, and each player's code. This is what lets friends follow a game in progress, load their own games with a player code, take over a game you hand off, and restore your games on a new phone. Snapshots include player display names, scores, buy-ins, and game details. They never include your contacts or phone numbers. Anyone who has a code can read that snapshot, so treat codes like a link to your scores.
Push notifications
If you turn on alerts while following a Poker game on iPhone, the app sends Apple's push token for your phone, the game code, and the player code loaded on your phone to the same database. They are used only to send alerts about that game through Apple Push Notification service, and are deleted when the game ends or is cancelled, or when you turn alerts off.
Feedback
If you send feedback in the app, the message, an optional contact you type, and the app version and platform go to our inbox.
Update check
The app checks the public App Store or Google Play listing to see whether a newer version is available. That check does not include your scores.
What we do not collect
We do not collect location, photos, payment cards, advertising identifiers, or analytics about how you use the app. Dollar amounts you type are scores, not payment details.
Retention and deletion
Data on your phone stays until you delete it in the app or remove the app. Uploaded snapshots are replaced each time you save. To delete an uploaded snapshot or a feedback message, email support@sysnacorpsolutions.com with the code or the approximate time you sent it.
Children
The app is a general-audience scorebook and is not directed at children under 13. Do not add contact details for children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new date will appear at the top of this page.
