Frequently asked questions
Is this a casino? No. The host types scores and cash-outs. The app does not take bets, hold money, or play cards.
Do I need an account? No. There is no sign-up or login. The host phone keeps the game.
How do friends follow a game? The host taps the share icon on a game in progress and sends the game code. Friends open Play → Follow a game in progress and enter it. Or they load their player code in My Games and tap the game under In progress.
I'm not getting buy-in alerts. Alerts work on iPhone. Allow notifications for Deck Settle in iPhone Settings, load your player code in My Games, then open the game and make sure the bell at the bottom is on. You get alerts for your own buy-ins and exits, and when the game ends or is cancelled.
How do I hand off a game? In Settings → Backup, tap the hand off icon on a game in progress and pick a seated player. They take over from My Games on their phone. The results still land on the host phone, and the host can take the game back anytime.
Why can't I delete a game? A game in progress can't be deleted until it is completed. If deletes are locked, no game can be deleted on any phone until the phone that locked them unlocks deletes in Settings → Backup.
How do I move my games to a new phone? Copy your phone code from Settings → Backup, then on the new phone enter it under Enter a code and tap Restore this phone.
Why does it ask for Contacts? So you can add players by name without retyping. Your contact list stays on your phone and is never uploaded. You can say no and type names instead.
I cancelled a game. Cancelled games are removed and are not kept in history.
How do I delete my data? Delete games in the app, or remove the app to erase everything on that phone. To delete uploaded snapshots or feedback, email support@sysnacorpsolutions.com with your phone or game code.
